Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent, clean, and comfy with a great shower, but it's a standard 2-3 stars hotel room. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond. The location was very pleasant, central, and walking distance to the Famous DEVON HOUSE. The dining experience was the business, undoubtedly one of the best on the island providing authentic Jamaican food.
I chose this hotel as one of the most expensive in Kingston with a 5-star rating, expecting comfort, value, and enjoyment. The rooms, although luxurious, could benefit from modernization and better lighting, and it was surprising they ran out of basic items like toothpaste. Despite this, the standard room felt more comfortable than the luxury one, which should not happen in any hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located on the main stretch of Waterloo Road, making it an excellent base to explore Kingston and relax by the pool. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, providing a clean and comfy environment. The dining experience is above-and-beyond expectations, especially the plated breakfast. However, special care may be needed for detail cleaning in some areas, and instances of unfriendliness were noted. Overall, it's a great spot for business travelers and those looking to unwind.
